There has just been organized in New York a

concern called the "ew York Patente xploitation Company", established to supersede the various German Telefunken wireless enterprises in the United States

and more particularly the Atlantic Communication Company, which owned and operated the Sayville station.

They are for the moment organized in the offices of Paul C. Sohnitzler, 165 Broadway, New York. Schnitzler is the legal adviser in the United States for the German Telefunken interests, and he was until recently the Vice President of the Atlantic Communica-

tion Company.

The President of the new firm is Harold

W. Hastings, an associate of Schnitzler's, who occupies the same office, and who is known to be aoting merely as a dunny for Schnitzler and Berlin.
